What are the best investment bargains right now?
I like the DIA (Dow ETF) and UNG (ETF for natural gas) I like real estate in Detroit, because the prices are very low and foreclosures abound. As for my education degrees in medical billing since take only 1 year, and are in demand. I like to invest in small businesses such as gas stations and a dollar store because everyone uses them. I do not like single stocks due to lack of diversification. I do not like the foreign exchange market, because I am not a trader. I do not like options because they are too risky and complex. I do not like silver and gold because the price is too high. Do you know the best investments?
Municipal bonds are not as cheap as dead were there a few months, but still very undervalued. ETFs and closed-end funds as BTA & BFA + MLN. Gold will be much higher ER + Det much lower.
